Group workers by role
Visitors, supervisors, delivery teams and permanent crews use a site differently. Start by separating their clothing requirements. A simple outer vest may be practical for brief visits, while a worker carrying out physical tasks may need a shirt, trousers and additional outerwear. Use the actual work activities to decide which garment features are necessary.
Check the full outfit
Consider how garments fit together and whether reflective details remain visible. A jacket that covers the vest underneath changes the visible arrangement. Fit should allow the worker to bend and reach while wearing normal equipment. Check the specific garment’s sizing information and ask for clarification where it is absent.
Plan for the project conditions
Outdoor work brings changing weather, early starts and exposure to dirt. Review the stated material and care information for each product. If weather resistance or another protective property is required, ask for documented information. Reflective tape is not proof that a garment provides every form of protection needed on a construction site.
Order with fewer ambiguities
Submit product names, quantities by size, colours and branding requirements in a single enquiry. Include the delivery area and project deadline. Confirm artwork placement before branded production is agreed. Keeping the approved quote and garment details together makes it easier to replenish the same workwear or assess a proposed replacement later.
