If there is a problem with your order, contact info@reflectiveclothing.co.za with your order reference, the product concerned and a description of the issue. Photographs can help explain damage or a discrepancy. Please obtain return instructions before sending garments back.
Confirm sizes and artwork before approval
Review the selected products, size breakdown, colours and branding artwork before approving an order. If a change is needed after approval, contact us promptly so the available options can be assessed. The position of custom-branded garments depends on the order and the circumstances of the request.
Applicable terms
Return arrangements are confirmed for the individual order and remain subject to applicable South African law. This page does not limit rights that apply by law. Ask for clarification of any order-specific terms before approval.
