The quotation form collects your company name, contact name, email, telephone, optional WhatsApp number, province, garment requirements, delivery preferences, additional information and any logo you upload. We use this information to respond to your request, prepare a quotation and discuss the order you have asked about. Do not upload identity documents or unrelated personal information.
Where enquiries are handled
Quotation requests and logo files are stored on the website hosting account in a protected enquiry directory. Enquiry notifications are sent to the business mailbox. Hosting and email providers process the information needed to operate those services. Technical request information is used to validate submissions and limit spam.
Cookies and browser storage
A necessary session cookie protects the quotation form. Recently viewed product links may be stored in your browser; clearing site data removes them. Optional analytics and advertising integrations are inactive unless configured and enabled with the relevant visitor choice.
